Informal Chat: £30 for a 30-minute Zoom call to chat about your idea or writing in general. Strictly conversational; no writing will be assessed.

Short story assessment: £50 for a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your short story draft (up to 3,500 words)

Novel assessment: £250 for a 60-minute Zoom call to discuss your book draft (up to 80,000 words)

Please note: if your work-in-progress is somewhere between short story length and novel length (i.e. novella), get in touch and I will send you a personalised quote

Drafting Assistance (Perfect for writers who are ready to do a second or third draft)

Developmental Edit: £0.02 per word for detailed feedback on a complete manuscript, including assessment of character development, plot, subplot, theme, consistency, flow, voice, and more.

Manuscript Polish (Perfect for Writers who have already Done a developmental edit and are Preparing to Submit/publish)

Line Edit: £0.03 per word for a careful and conscientious line edit/proofread of a complete manuscript. This will catch any and all grammatical and spelling errors, and also flag up any logic, wording, or style issues.

Query Letter Polish (Perfect for Writers who Are Preparing to Submit to Agents)

£75 for a careful assessment of your drafted Query Letter, Synopsis, and first 10,000 words of your manuscript (special attention is paid here to marketability and how to appeal to an agent)
